EV-Pulsar Rwanda Ltd provides electric vehicle charging infrastructure and related services. We deploy, operate, and maintain DC fast chargers and AC smart chargers at partner locations throughout Rwanda.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code

6. Charging Services

When using our EV charging services:

  • You must use the charging equipment in accordance with provided instructions
  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is compatible with our chargers
  • Payment is due at the time of service at the posted rates
  • EV-Pulsar is not liable for damage resulting from improper use

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV-Pulsar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

8. Modifications

EV-Pulsar reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rwanda.
