Operations Technician

Install and commission Rwanda's first DC fast charging network. You will work directly with the founder on every Phase 1 site — Musanze, Gisenyi, Kayonza, Nyagatare, Butare, Kigali. 3-phase electrical installation experience is essential. IPRC Kigali graduates strongly preferred.
What you bring
→3-phase electrical installation experience
→IPRC Kigali graduate or equivalent technical training
→Solar PV experience is a strong advantage
→Rwanda driving licence

Business Development Executive
Kigali + national travel·Full-time · Immediate start·Base + uncapped commission
Sign EV-Pulsar's Founding Partners. Fuel station operators, hotel GMs, and commercial building owners invest in our charging infrastructure and earn passive monthly income forever. Your job is to find them and close them. Commission paid on the day every agreement is signed — no ceiling.
What you bring
→3+ years B2B enterprise sales (MTN, Airtel, BK Group, or similar experience is ideal)
→Track record closing deals with business owners and senior managers
→Self-starter — you build your own pipeline, you own your results
→Fluent Kinyarwanda and English
